Ms. Diamond has successfully argued many crucial motions in the Courts and successfully triumphed for construction victims’ rights. Ms. Diamond has assisted the firm in countless cases that have resulted in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for injured construction workers. Ms. Diamond oversees the talented team of attorneys at William Schwitzer & Associates and ensures each attorney is aware of the constant changing laws regarding accident victims. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Ms. Diamond is a dedicated wife, mother and advocate.
